        When do you guys reccomend weighing yourself?

        I weigh myself after the gym. Which is around 4-5. And before dinner.

        Is there a better/more accurate time or what? My weight flucuates a loot depending on amount of water/food I consume throughout the day.

              At night your full of food and crap (literally) so you never have consistent weights and you will always be 3-4 pounds heavier

              Morning, right after my morning deuce, naked. Usually always have consistent results with 1-4 pound fluctuations depending on if I lost/gained that week

                OK let hear it for us older guys. Over 40 closer to 50.

                5-7 167lb. Work 3 to 4 times a weeks. usually weigh around 165 but Xmas time I put on almost 5 lbs. See candies, desserts, cookies you name it I ate it. Now I'm doing Abs 3X a week and it is brutal.

                Trying to lean out the tummy for Mexico in May- Playa Del Carmen Del

                Whey protein, oatmeal in the morning. 3 pieces of fruit a day and watch those salty snacks. They retain water and weight. I didn't see anyone mention that. Keep the protein high and watch the carbs.

                Start drinking the light beer ,nothing worse then looking like you are 3 to 6 months pregnant when you go to the beach.

                I repeat...Watch those carbs...:p

                  I have found bud light is the only light beer I can stomach. Otherwise give me some IPA.... I just wish I could drink it right now. Currently keeping myself at <20g of carbs a day.

                    I'll have to get a scale and try this out. I don't deuce in the mornings, usually not till afternoon, then Night time, so technically I will still have my dinner.

                    Time to change up my shit schedule to the mornings.

                        Incorporate fiber to your evening meals (I have this fiber cereal I eat before I go to bed)
                        I usually drink it with a double bag green tea cup to help digestion

                        Makes me feel like a million bucks in the morning after a deuce, and the green tea really helps flush the evening estrogen release out of the system

                          I will try that. I have fiber cereal and a keurig so that should be easy.

                          I try to eat fiber throughout the day, fruit, veggies, chicken, and lots of water.

                            Life is short. I'd rather drink occasionally than drink stuff that tastes terrible.

                            OP, buy a nice bottle of Bourbon/Rye and have a few fingers in a proper glass with a few whiskey stones. Pass on the cheap beer.

                            If you want a TON of fiber, eat the Engine No. 2 diet Rips Big Bowl for breakfast. It will take your body a bit to adjust to all the fiber, but it's a good thing.

                                Alright then. I'm 5"7' 209lbs.
                                I'm built like a brick shit-house...a moderately fat, brick shit-house.
                                I look good at about 180. I should start by not eating pizza twice a week. Then cut the fast food lunches, and some of the butter, and the Sun-Drop. I love Sun-Drop...it's like a refreshing friend...
