    Haha, I know those feels. I went with what I was prescribed for the day. I'll make higher weights when I get there. 360 is next obviously at the end of the next 531 cycle.

    Just picked up a massive tractor tire and a sledgehammer to add to the home gym.

    Thats sick power clean and jerk was my fave lift in high school I think my best was 225lbs when I weighed 151lbs. Idk what it is now tho Im 175lbs

    HAMSTRINGS AND GLUTES! I blast them hard. the sumo uses different areas of the back then conventional. there is a lot more motion in the lower back during conventional then sumo. you have to get your hamstrings and glutes really tight at the bottom or you just gas out. it's more of a stand up then uncurl motion if that makes any sense at all.
