I showed my dad the video of you jumping your Puch, and he couldn't stop laughing. He wants one now. -

If you live in an area where everything is close these are amazing. Low-mid 100mpg...fill up once a week depending on your commute haha.
Thanks Frank, currently the only thing I have left that I can make is the swing arm. I cannot place the tank without the forks, and I cannot make the seat without the tank in the final place on the frame.Leave a comment:

Took a nap then went back to the shop...made more progress!
(excuse my phone, left the DLSR at home)
Pondered what I was after for the rear fender. This was a lot of work...2.5hrs of cutting/welding the seam closed then grinding smooth.

Tacs on tacs baby

Grinding smooth and shaping the curve.

Man I got a lot done in two days.

Gusset to mount the tank to the frame. I will make some spacers to keep the tank centered once the forks arrive.

That is the plate I made to enclose the 1/4 back of the stock tank.

Filled the stock air box intake hole. Also a better side shot of the fender conversion.

Top shot of the rear fender.

Finished shot of the underside fender. Also stitched the factory tack welds.

Cut a bit out so the tank seats to the head tube.

These last two pictures show it best. I am not sure on what to do for a seat yet. Not unsure, more of how to come at it. I believe I want to cut even with the top tube to the rear fender. The enclose it and make a seat to fit the whole thing. That is currently my thoughts
