You don't need to use Catalyst, I don't like it either, but to be honest I don't have trouble downloading the drivers and installing them myself, they are self installing so no need to find folders.
Ive actually had more trouble with nvidia experience doing dumb shit with drivers.

Yeah Zen and their new GPU line should be fully announced soon, I heard it was supposed to come this fall.

I run multiple screens and AMD's Eyefinity setup works much better than nVidia's setup. I like that we are finally seeing an increase in performance. The last gen of cards from both camps were only marginal over the previous. Waiting for AMD's drop as well before I bite.

Yeah Activision is gonna get boned in sales this quarter, I bet they dont even break sales over previous blops. I wont be buying new cod just for remastered.

Also im addicted to overwatch, I think I found my new favorite game. Its a little unbalanced still, but jesus Its so goooooooood.

I've stayed away from COD since Black Ops, but I think Infinite Warfare looks really good. Space battles? Yes please. I'm gonna be all over that. So picking up remastered COD4 is going to be a nice bonus.

I have Overwatch installed, but I still haven't played it. Been so busy this past week.
