Best all around weapons scope ever!

Agreed. All of the AA powered EOTech suffer from shorter battery life, however, those running the CR123s have a MUCH longer life. The Lithium batteries are also MUCH lighter to carry as well.

Ive shot one, and didnt care for it. The field of view was significantly smaller than an EOTech. The "line of sight" window was also small, IE; had to keep you eye precisely in one spot to see the reticle.

Im not saying its a bad sight...I just prefer the EOTech over it, and to each their own. :D

Undoubtedly, the absolute best tactical pump-shotgun out there. Zombies beware!

I really like it, but I'm not great with it yet. It does pack a punch that I need to adjust to. Need lots more rounds before I'll be comfortably accurate. I wanted something that will take down pretty much anything I encounter on the trails. A run-in with a wild boar last year got me thinking...

Yeah i hear that. I carry the 1911 most of the time, but its nice when you can pack 15+1 9mm easily in a glock (or other). The 1911 with 8+1 is good too though.

It really comes down to mission selection. In Afgan/Iraq most battles are and were being fought at ranges of 100 to 300 meters. Anything thing magnified at that distance is better suited than no power sites. More close quarters and up to 100 yards Eotech all the way. Even with the 123 batteries it can even come close to the battery life of Aimpoint or the ever glowing tritium sites in the Acog.

Again I love my Eotech but its also on 1 of many similar build weapons set up mission specific.

You will never hear me bash a 1911. They have more than proven their worth over the years.

Please. Over 45 years of shooting, I have never seen one that doesnt jam on occasion. Very complex and dated platform. And yes, I own one, and it has jammed a number of times.

Im not saying you *cant* get one to run right, but after you spend $2k to get the job done, you might as well bought 4 Glocks.

                                Im just sayin'. :-(
