IMO the glass and rings are of more importance than the rifle it self, its like buying cheap tires for your pro 3 car, you cant use the rifle to its fullest. You want to be the weak link in the system, not the weapon system. The rifle you have built will out shoot you and it will out shoot both your options you have posted up for glass. I will never understand why people will put north of a 1000 or 2000 bucks in a weapon, then put a 200 dollar el-cheapo optic/sighting and mounting system on it and still wonder why it does not shoot like they expected

If it were me ( I understand the tight budget thing been there) I would be out playing with it and practicing the fundamentals with your Irons. While saving up a while to get a Good EOtech or used triggi, with the appropriate mounts form A.R.M.S. . If you want a more traditional glass approach Zeiss Conquest in 3.5-10x44 if you can find one with target turrets. I am very very happy with the entry level Zeiss Conquest line, very very good optics and solid as a brick shit house to get noticeably better you have dole nearly twice the cash. Or a Loopy Mark 4 in a fixed 10x the only Loopy product I would pay for anymore. All in A.R.M.S. Rings and throw lever quick mounts.
I have gone on an on too much hope this is of a little help anyway. I guess my over all point here is buy once cry once, it pertains to many many things in life....
