I agree, if you can't live with your money situation, shit has to change. The best investment right now is property, especially where I live. The more condos they build the happier I get. As far as car buying goes, unless you are reqired to drive a certian type of car (as I am) don't take a payment. I myself am afforded a monthly car allowance. it pays for my car and all four insurance policies on my other vehicles. That is the only way to go short of a company vehicle, which becoms a pita when vacation time comes near or any personal time for that matter.
What do you guys do for extra income?

So in fact, what you are saying is that out of all of the women you can have, you would prefer to have another man's mouth on your genetals.Comment

Dude, I think you're overestimating Steve's prowess with women by a factor of about 10. The only ladies he gets are hookers from Frogtown and trannies with daddy issues.______________________

So for those of you who have started your own business,
What keeps you motivated.... or at least what keeps you as motivated as you were when you first started the business. What techniques do you use to keep yourself motivated. Because once you lose the motivation, then all hell breaks loose and it falls apart.Recent Rebranding!!

Hopefully there will come a point where you can hire people to be motivated for you."We praise or find fault, depending on which of the two provides more opportunity for our powers of judgement to shine."Comment

I would not start my own business up if I were you. The freaking way self employed people are taxed is horrible!! You can just about figure for every $100 you make roughly $40 of it will go to taxes... Which only lets you operate on 60% which sounds like alot still but it isn't. Out of that 60% you will have to take care of all expenses and if you manage it properly you will have around 10-15% of that left that you will then be hit on taxes for that roughly around the 40% in the beginning. Its complicated and it sucks period.Unless you can do quite a bit of cash business and then you can fudge alot of your income.Comment

you are the dumbest bastard currently a member on r3v. id say you tie for the deagle award but as far as i know hes gone.
im married so my days of stray waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles are long gone. but to answer your question, yes, i wouldnt mind looking down at you as you gag and choke on my genetals (sic) right before i pull out and spackle your eyes shut.
you arent even any fun to rip on. its like teasing a retard. initially its fun but it soon grows tiresome because you get nothing in returnComment

The Notorious BIG said it best: "Either you're slingin' crack-rock, or you've got a wicked jump-shot." Nobody wants to work for it anymore. There's no honor in taking that after school job at Mickey Dee's, honor's in the dollar, kid.
Me? I'm a fucking renaissance man.Comment

examples: $100 plymouth (used for 6months) sold for $700, $300 240d, 1 week later (and a few parts removed) $700. I bought a 300te for $1700 put a grand into it and only got $3200, so $500 and 5 months later wasn't worth my time. Sold a few others for profit.
My aim is to get a dealer license and sell low cost imports on the side (but there is a bit of overhead there.)
You could always work for a sports team like a baseball team in the summer, or a football team on weekends in the fall.Comment
