haha no, I usually like to cheer for the underdog, and I found Chael to be pretty funny actually. He was cocky, but damn the man actually backed up his trash talk. If he'd had played it safe with the minute and half left, stood up and traded strikes (which he had gotten the better of the entire match), and just gone for a takedown we'd have a new champ possibly.

I haven't seen anything on it yet... And yeah, fk that guy, complete douchebag jackass.

He is douchebag and I"ve lost a lotta respect for him for whats happened after the fight. If he gets another shot at Silva, I imagine it'll be one of the biggest drawing cards in recent history. I don't think there was a single person that truly thought the fight would go the way it did.

Here in the metroplex there's many a bars that show all events. I guess that might be different there from what I glanced at on google. Regardless, fork it up if you are a fan bro. I believe we will not be disappointed. Silva has become a bit of a troll, if you can entertain that, and this will indeed be an awesome card, topped off by an amazing main event.

I hope Vitor wins, for some reason I just cannot stand Silva. I believe he's an exceptionally talented fighter, but he's cocky in a demeaning way (if that makes any sense). I don't believe he shows it in his words so much, but his attitude in and out of the octagon.

I was rooting for Sonnen to beat him, and I almost got my wish :(

I want Belfort to win as well. I used to be a pretty big Silva fan, but he isn't the kind of fighter I like outside of the octagon, and in the past several fights hasn't been the same fighter inside the cage.

I am hoping the Jon Jones fight is awesome, Jon Jones is so exciting to watch.

Also can't wait for Torres to fight again and the Kid Yamamoto fight should be cool to see if a high profile Japanese fighter can actually make an impact in the UFC. Also I hope the Cowboy gets his ass beat.

Will definitely get this fight, probably the best main card we have seen in quite awhile.

damn! Did anyone watch the weigh-ins!!?? That was intense; This may very well be one of the best fights I've watched in terms of really looking forward to it and all the shit that comes with it. This is a huge fight for MMA fans, oldschool, newschool, and newbschool (maybe not so much them), MMA in Brasil, the UFC middleweight division, Silva and Belfort...

A couple of friends of mine (also Brasilians) are friends with Nogueira, hung around with him and showed him around town when he was in town helping to promote a training. Long story short, it was stated Belfort shared some insight he had with Couture prior to his fight with Rodrigo. This and the fact that Belfort used to train with Silva and now has accepted this fight etc has created much beef.

I didn't really know it was to this extent though. Silva has never acted like this in a weigh-in. He genuinely is taking this one very personal. I honestly believe he is a bit intimidated by Belfort. Silva has become somewhat of a dick so I'm a bit torn on how to feel about this fight. I guess I just want an awesome and true fight, and as they say, may the best man win.

Yes. And to let you know what that was all about: In Brasil when you call someone "mascarado" = masquerade, means someone who is trying to be something they are not or hiding from whatev (as you can deduce) so Silva was attempting a mocking of what Belfort stated in a previous interview.

I've always loved watching Silva fight. So, I've got Silva in the 2nd.

He's a great and genius fighter, but I think things have gotten to him; for a lack of better terms.
