Like I said GAYS only make up 4% of the population yet 46% of the people who have AIDS have done a guy in the butt. So the rest of us who just bang chicks can only get up to 54% of the cases. Of those 54% how many are intravenous drug users. I don't condone that lifestyle either. Considering intravenous drug use is illegal I think they should be locked up until they are clean, and people in prison don't get many rights. If they choose not to stop using drugs then they should remain locked up.What do you make of the remaining majority (54%) that has AIDS and is heterosexual? Are you also condemning them for immorality?
You seem to condemn sodomy as a purely gay practice. What about the heterosexual population that practices it?

My argument isn't to stop GAYS from getting married to prevent AIDS, my argument is to not make exceptions/new laws and revisions to the Constitution to pander to a lifestyle.
