Sure, why not? Something people don't seem to understand, if you don't like a movie/TV show/book/music, you don't have to watch/read/listen to it. Have children in the house? The have the chips that restrict what channels are available, or people could actually take responsibility for what their children do. Why should I get to decide what someone else gets to do? Same as before, once you are out on your own and making your own living, you can do as you please.

I agree 100% as not all morality is based on a belief in god as I have morals without god. I have no problem with prostitution, I have no need for it as I have never had a problem gettng laid, If you want it great, have fun, wear condom. One man and one woman. Yes, I understand that marriage grants certain privileges that are very beneficial financially. We need a way to give offbeat unions the same benefits that traditional unions have.

my father in law is a deacon. He has no problem with gay unions having all the same rights as marriage, he just for some reason thinks the word marriage should be reserved for man and woman only. To me it is a human rights issue and I could care less what you call it so long as a gay union and a straigh marriage have all the same advantages.

Did you or Joshh even read my post? This isn't a sexual thing! People are going to commit sodomy and incest regardless of whether there are laws against it. There is nothing in this law that has anything to do with sex.

This is about allowing a civil union between two people of the same sex. That means tax breaks, inheritance rights, hospital visitation rights, etc. A father and son can't get married because they already have these rights!! It would be redundant!!!!
