I agree. Saudi Arabia practices one of the most extreme and conservative forms of Islam, Wahhabism. It bans women from driving or from leaving the house without a male escort. It punishes a multitude of nonviolent crimes with summary execution via beheading (think drug possession, adultery, etc). They set up extremely conservative Madrasas (religious schools) around the world, training the next generation of extremists/terrorists. And they've taken exactly ZERO refugees from any of their neighboring, war-torn countries. I believe, through a combination of both actions and inactions, that they are helping to drive or at least sustain this growing movement of radical Islam throughout the world.
Turkey however is rather secular. It's in their constitution in fact. I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that they are radical or extreme? Yes they are fighting the Kurds, but that is related entirely to territorial disputes going back nearly 100 years. It's not related to Islam/religion.
Hey look, we're agree on something :)
