Actually, implying that all Norwegians are terrorist Christian fundamentalists was not the point. It was obviously an isolated case. it does have a racial connotation when you use that word to describe countries/continents that are primarily black or mixed ethnicity, and then say that you want to immigrate people from a scandinavian country instead.
