You need to run a wire from a light that pushes into the back of the cluster to a pin from the c101. Look up the pinouts. I can't remember off the top of my head.

Do I have to ground it out?

Finally fixed an annoying oil leak on my turbo vert!!!!! yes. oil seeping through the aluminum oil adapter. Took a while to find the source.
