Suspension! I've been saving up to buy one of the Ground Control kits. Does anyone know of a discount/hookup with them? Looking to buy next week. Who here has a GC kit, any tips for installation?Comment

Look up Iron Freak, he has a good how to write up for coilovers. Also, don't do the conversion, unless you really want to go lower your car. My suggestion for you, would be stay with lowering springs, such as H&R race or the I.E.3s., I believe Charlie is on said suspension and he loves it, being that he auto crosses his car and does some canyon carving.@IRON-E30 aka Edwin:DComment

I'm selling a set of GE coils with camber plates for $400"I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

If I were to do it again, would've gone gc or equivalent. I went for megans because at the time I didn't intend to do any autox or track. Im slowly upgrading the whole setup atm.
That said, I don't think the megans are all that bad. I've had GC on my e36 for ages for comparison.

What shocks do the megan coils use? You can change the springs with most other coilover springs then you just have the internal shock to deal with ...Simon
