So what is the worst that can happen with people taking pictures of your car?

My surveillance system caught two guys taking pics of my car last night. It was parked on the street. I couldn't identify faces or whatever. Just saw flash going off while one guy was sitting kneeling taking pics.
Cops wont and cant do anything. Im a sketching out?

Hows your insurance policy? They could be enthusiasts, but they could be thieves. Not much to tell the difference except that a thief will return with a different intention

Probably just admiring to be honest, especially if they used flash at night lol.
Yeah, the law doesn't stop anyone from taking pics of whatever they please in the public, but you can call the sheriff and ask them to patrol your area at night more often or on a night you feel suspicious.
I remember my dad doing this a few times when I was younger when he'd see people loitering in the streets of our quiet neighborhood.

True, but my cameras are mainly for my house perimeter, so it gets grainy when zoomed in to the street.

If it gets taken, im covered, just sucks having such a clean specimen that I have put too much time into.

Cheap E30, I think it's an ETA but no sure. 800$ for car and says 500$ in DMV fees.
