I was at BMA on Saturday picking up my will call order. They are a little pricier than say eEuroparts but I cant wait for shipping sometimes. Need parts now.

I'm a fan of BMA. some things are less there some cost more, it's a mixed bag.

Their customer service is seriously great. Ive also ordered parts to be able to see them before paying to check fitment etc. They've warrantied some parts for me that were way out of true warranty, but had been ordered by someone else since then, so were able to call the warranty on someone elses purchase for me. They ALWAYS call back if they need to check availability with a dealer. And ive also in some cases gotten them to drop their price to cost in order to be more competitive. Ive also emailed them excel files with part numbers to have them quote. Lastly I always get at least 2 phonecalls when the parts are ready for pickup. Like ive said before, stellar customer service.

so... BMA told me my parts would be there on tuesday and I havent heard anything from them yet. Its not a huge problem, just sharing my experience

Try calling and asking if the parts are there? Thats happened to me before and it was because they were swamped and forgot to give me a call.

they also get swamped and don't order the parts. sometimes you have to stay on top of them but they always follow thru.
