So I added some ATF fluid to the power steering resovoir and viola! The grinding when it is maxed to the left is now gone. Who knew:)

hopefully they're more observant of the law then los angeles county sheriff's. Got one in east la a year ago when i moved there. The sign was taken down so i had no way of knowing. I fought it and still lost even after showing the penal code showing i was right...
