So...car broke down. Driving along, red check engine turned on and suddenly car would not accelerate. Pressing down gas more made it stutter and hesitate. Pulled to the side, car. dling rough like its about to die.
I shut it off and turned it on after a bit and pressed the pedal repeatedly. car wouldnt rev at first even with the pedal to the floor but after a few times it started responding. Any ideas what's going on? Bad fuel pump?Comment

Fuel pump, o2 sensor, AFM, CTS, CPS, ECU. Could be anything.Comment

no way i could watch this whole thing, but hunting the best roads of the alps in a rental manual cooper was the best experience of my life. there are definitely speed limits all over germany and you can DEFINITELY get tickets in other country plated cars - France will make you pay them on the spot or at a local tobacco shop....so i'm not sure what he's talking about.Originally posted by turge View Post
