The inside of a non maintained espresso machine is pretty gross that scale builds up and if the steam wands aren't purged milk turns into yogurt in the boiler. But yeah not the same level as having to clean Taco Bell and bacon grease out of a pipe is imagine

Actually scale build up is similar in water heaters and things along those lines

Ive been on and off at Starbucks for years, but I enjoy roasting coffee in my garage a lot more then making it for cranky old ladies who wanted 3/4 of an inch of foam not 1 inch of foam....

one of my friends roasts in his garage his stuff is pretty cool. you should try and get with a third wave shop if you worked at starbucks for a long time and roast your own stuff i see no reason why a specialty shop would snap you up. yeeeeaaaahhh can i get a DRY cap
