That's a great motor to swap into your 190, but I think you should just enjoy the car as is. Great buy! What are your plans? Selling the 190 now?

My pops wants the 190 so probably going to give it to him. Thing has sway bars springs shocks and hankook c51 medium slicks on it. Haha. Handles like a go-cart just slow as hell. This car is taking over daily duties. I finally have a/c for once in my life.

If you really want to stick to e30s. Can always look at it as a new opportunity to try another platform. Life is to short to not try more cars! If you can sell it as is I would go that route. Take whatever cash you have + that to put towards other things.

anyone run an e32 fan or other OEM fan on their car instead of original? or is SPAL the end all be all of pusher fans?

trying to keep my m30 cool in this heat. It's perfectly fine in moderate stop and go traffic just rises a bit too much for my comfort levels at peak traffic hours. Currently running a hayden 14" fan.

I had a no-name O' Reillys fan originally setup as a puller and after the car almost overheat in traffic, I installed a Spal pusher and setup the wiring independent of the OEM wiring so it kicks on whenever it reads a certain temp, even if the car is off (like after a drive)

i tapped an ignition on fuse in the box and running a relay+manual switch in the cabin. i like simon's setup but scared it will stay on or even worse...
