It seems like the cylinder is leaking pressure internally assuming you're not losing brake fluid externally and the system has been bled properly.

Sounds like a seal. Perhaps the internal seal on the clutch master is bad. Are u sure the fluid isn't leaking anywhere?"I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

What's up Terry? how's it goin? I was just thinking it was too quiet in here lately so I'll share my latest project. I picked up this car (Mike Carrey's old euro) from the guy he sold it to over a year ago for $500. It's an 85 323i 5 speed in running condition with BAR label. Just finished going through the entire car.

in other news, I drove up to Simi Valley and dropped off the car with the fabricator to get the roll bar welded in. I figured if I had it back in 2 weeks I would be happy. Turns out he cant really have it sitting there very long so he told me it should be done monday or tuesday!Simon

Redrill, you know it's a better route unless 5 lug swap."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

Why do u say that? I have one on my silver M3 and vert. Goes nice with startecs IMO. I don't think I like them with stock tails though."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

Who/where is your fabricator in Simi?
Also who is going to the Topanga CNC tomorrow morning?

A friend of a friend, he runs a shop called Empire Fabrication. He's moving the shop to Ventura soon, so that might be more convenient for you. Are you planning on welding in your roll bar tooSimon
