I like to keep my car clean. I have detailing supplies in the trunk and nothing else. Nothing in the cabin at all really.

I've been bad with keeping my car clean since working nights. Now that I'm back on days, I'm getting back to keeping a clean car.Comment

Speaking of working I finally got a (hopefully) reliable job tutoring a 7th grader for 6-8 hours a week. Helloooo turbo. Or maybe SC if Ian Bowers replies to my above question :DThe first car I ever rode in was an e30

I still have it, I made a ton of young dumb decisions in the past year, but I didn't fuck it up too horribly... Well, I can fix it. It has a cage/door bars, hydro e-brake (Massive secondary wilwood calipers), so it's pretty fun atleast. It's got a salvage title, I just need to go get a brake & tail inspection and I can get new tags. It's getting an M60, the quarter panel fixed, and then repainted. I picked up a 4-door ETA as a DD for $300 on CL, so I can do what I want to the race car.
E30 may also be making a comeback soon, but nothing too crazy. Just getting it back in shape with another boring M50.paint sucksComment

Good, glad it's still kicking. M60s are no easy feat, good luck. I just pulled the trigger on a built diff for the E46 (amongst other things). Impulse buy, but I cracked when I saw a $3k diff for $1k.

Dude, that's sweet. The difference the differential made in my E30 was night and day, I can't imagine what it'll do to the E46.
M50 ftw. You should totes turb it.Comment

New here, and new to BMWs but not to modded cars. Just picked up a 89 325i, and look forward to getting to know y'all as well as learning about these cars!
a pic of the car:
Looking to get some things sorted out, but eventually wanna drop it and put some wide wheels on it.

So I'm pretty sure my CSB went bad. Going to jack up the car tomorrow and see if I can tell if that is definitely my problem. If I can move the driveshaft would that be a good indication of a bad CSB, and if it is bad how hard is it to replace?sigpicComment
