How many miles do you guys have on your chassis? What's the limit I should be looking for before bushings start going and the car starts to fall apart? 200k? 300k?

200k-225k
Honestly; m20s last longer than dirt. Miles dont really matter on them, but bushings usually go out at100k and are never changed; you'd be looking at changing bushings no matter what you get if they haven't been recently changed

Shoot.. My e30 has 215k on it and it still drives like mad

I'd say that miles don't matter at all. Mine has 195k and it's great. You're gonna have to replace the bushings no matter what.
