Broke my entire glovebox yesterday. How much does a glovebox w/o lock & latch go for these days?

Also, notably lost my wallet yesterday.
I'm super OCD about my things, but this one must have just slipped away due to stress/business/lack of sleep. :/

To people that have gotten a 24v swap barred, do you need the vin from the engine? The head on mine was machined, and thus the vin tag is gone.

I'm sure the pieces were all there at one point, and I'm not bagging on golde30, but I've spent way too much on this already to have to buy more nuts bolts and small pieces. End rant.
dude, have u said u needed stuff for the vanos, I have them. i also bought a lot of new bolts for a 24v engine. what do u need? i'll be in san jose tomorrow.

Thanks. I'll shoot them an email.

Has anyone had any experience with Rebello Racing? I never heard of them before until I got a BMW but they are about a block away from my house so that will make it easy to take my head down there if they are a reputable shop.

Rebello is a well known shop. Less so in the Bimmer world, but you should see what they can do with a Datsun engine. I have no first hand experience with them but I'm pretty sure a couple guys in here do and I'm sure they'll chime in soon.

i don't exactly know which part of the East Bay you are but there's one on Monument on Concord. That's where I got my flywheel shaved as well.
If you're in South East Bay, Lynn Auto Machining is where I've brought several of my cylinder heads. My brother's shop uses them too.
