playing hooky to go to the DMV today

AAA membership.....

Registration is much more lax and rapid than the dmv. I just saved the cost of a year of AAA premier last week registering my dd compared to going to the horrid dmv and waiting

You can't get a plate and take a car off of PNO at AAA. I'm also getting a moving permit for like a month so I can break in the engine before smog.

Also DMV doesn't issue moving permit without failing smog, or at least that's what they told me couple months ago. They will only issue an open dated 1 day moving permit, you are supposed to fill in the date when u move the car.....

My ZF310 tranny is leaking. Looks like it's leaking from a thing above the fill plug which I believe is a sensor? no pictures on hand, but I'll link to a pic that you can see what I'm talking about. My question is can it be replaced?

I ended up getting it out, I just cant find a replacement one online.. .can anyone guide me in the right direction? I think it is for the reverse light

i went to AAA first. they told me no. maybe it's just the one i went to. i need moving permits. now that it's not PNO


also just spent $690 at EDGE motorworks for them to do my rear frozen on CV and bearing. the put the locking plate on wrong... srsly this shit should have been <$400. not a 5h job! i know what it entails since i've done 7 in the past 2 weeks.
