                          it shouldn't be different than any E30 OBD2 swap in that regard. Just needs the full charcoal canister system retrofitted.

                          the bigger problem is that the cats-in-the-downpipes interfere with the frame rails of an e30. I don't know by how much, but would be curious to find out.

                                There's an in-tank EVAP system that needs to fitted. Much harder swap than an S52 in California. All the S54 swaps seem to be out of state, or just sidestep the smog process.
