    well obviously the correct solution to Chris's dilemma is just buy an E30 to swap the stuff into, but he already ruled that out. I was just spewing other ideas.

          This is true. I do realize an E28 does not make an ideal track car, no matter what you do to it.

          Can be a cool street car though. But that isn't what Chris is looking for I am sure.

              Fixed. Why swap it all into an e30 when he hates them? Cars have come a loooooong way from the e30...

                my "serious" input to Chris was just buy another E36, two door this time, unless he likes 4-door. Obvious easy solution. Everything is plug-n-play, and we know he likes E36s.
