Didn't get the 4 car garage house :(

I saw the house last Monday, called to view it, made an appointment on wed. Had to reschedule do to a work conflict and they say the soonest they can show it is Saturday (this was on Tuesday). They say they have to give the tenants 48hr notice, and they are booked Thursday/Friday. I tell them the house is vacant, she says "surely not". I explain that the front windows don't have blinds and the place is ready for move in, and I'm available at any time to look at it... Saturday it is.

We like the house, turn in the application today only to find out that somebody looked at it in Friday and was approved about an hour before I got there.

Ugh!
