                          Co worker made a good point.....
                          If the sun it's the hood while I'm driving it's gonna blind the fuck out of me.

                          I could however dip it on the acid after galvanizing it to give it a dull look like an old light pole

                              I'm pretty skilled at running the thin stuff I have a few tricks up my sleeve. Unfortunately when I slam that fucker in the kettle it's gonna send molten zinc flying 100ft in every direction.....that's always fun!!

                                The only trick to making that work is a slowly heating it to the same temperature then slowly cooling it after. You are also going to melt away the adhesives holding the structural members to the hood.
