We will see how money works out the car still doesn't run and I'm also doing gc's and camber plates next weekend. I just figured it would be nice if it at least stops once the motors finished.

Going for a last drive on Saturday then I'm compression testing and swapping out cams on Monday hopefully ill be good to go by next Friday I want to install an oil catch can though. And ill probably button up some things I've been putting off because I wanted to drive.

Installed a non Servotronic M5 steering box in the e34 tonight. Need to get the car back up and dial out a slight amount of lash, but the steering feel is considerably heavier and more precise.

so I think I found out why my car is losing oil, my oil cap does not fit tight at all. How much could this make the car lose?

What do you guys think about putting a 16v ( g240 ) trans behind an m50? Think it will hold up to the kind of abuse I put my shit through? My 260 grinds going into 2nd, 3rd & 4th when cold.

They are much weaker than a 260. You will need a driveline and all shifting parts, too.
