Bought another 90! The Orange one is in much better shape than my old one and I got it for a song. Even came with an aux gas tank and new rear tire to boot. I'm a one-man motorcycle gang.

Nice pickup Joel! I'd love to have one of those but for now my Goped gets the job done. Actually gonna ride it to work tomorrow (Fuck 8.00 a day parking). A long 14m ride round trip. Love the sound of a two stroke!

Thanks! Trail90s are 4 stroke though, one of the reasons that I love them. They feel like mountain bikes, act like mountain bikes, can carry two people and still go 35mph even up a grade. I had the new one going over 40 today, such a great commuter. Simon stealing the old one to get groceries today is one reason that I finally bit the bullet to get another.

Backs are on, Rolled the inner lips up and now all I get for rub is the occasional chirp in a pothole (which i really should avoid), Should I roll it more? its not rubbing on any sharp edges.

Peugeots are too hard to get parts for, they still sell these in Australia, you can build one from scratch except for the frame. Troll CL for them, there are 10 new ones every week. Both of these have been under five hundred including any work to get them going.

the five hundred part is the part that gets me, id rather find a puch fixer for 100-200$ and use aftermarket/other bike parts if it needs it

I don't know much about those, I just love the CTs because everything is interchangeable with the rest of Honda's lines, they're fast enough to get on anything but i5, they have the trick semi-auto 4spd hi/low trannies, they're near indestructible, and everything in the world is readily available for them. There's always one or two at shows that have sweet modifications. Searching puch on CL came up with exactly nothing, precisely why I wouldn't want to get into them. If you're up for it though, whatevs.
