my plan is to put in a new hella or bosch voltage regulator containing new brushes. The shaft where they ride I will clean up with emery cloth. The bearings press in/out with the help of heat/ice. The stator and rotating assembly gets doused with electrical contact cleaner. The case can get a quick polish job. done?

alpine 88s are one of my favorite e30s... not gonna lie. White compliments the bumper combo nicely on them

your 88 is so clean, hope to get mine that way soon... Id ask more though.

Thanks. I would ask more if it were in better shape but since the tires are flat and the exhaust has a big leak, ill settle for 3-3.5k.

I'm in the same boat IronJoe. M10 head is coming off tomorrow, to be delivered to Dunn's machine shop Monday. Eager to put it all back together and take to the road early March.
