            Regarding snow and performance tires.

            Just FYI......225/45-16 "summer only" tires....they really mean it when they say "summer only".

                Poor E36 318ti on the news in Portland. It was on the street that broke a water pipe. Looked like a clean car.

                                    Wow, that m30 turbo kit sold quickly and above asking price! I cant wait to get this car put together, but n54 isnt realistic for now, the guy wanted $1700 for the motor and now wants $2900.

                                    SO.. now I have a good amount of cash, but dont know whether to boost or save for an interesting swap.

                                                    How about an N20? That would be a wicked motor for an E21. And would keep with the spirit of a 320i.
