I'm getting my car back tomorrow!!! Dropped in an S52 from a '98 M3 'vert that was auto. That engine lead a pretty easy life...until now. Although I think I now need wider meat...I'm not too confident about the 205's sticking down low.
^ Whats up with washington and having horribly mounted front plates? Don't you not even have to run a front plate in WA?
We have to run front plates, people want to be hip and not put them in the correct spots though. My CTS Coupe and 9-3 didn't have their plate mounts drilled through the bumpers and I didn't have the heart to, so I put the plate against the windshield.

If your car is old or if you have historical plates police dont care, I have not run a front plate yet. I just keep it under my seat.

For historical plates it isn't about them caring, WA doesn't require them. They don't even hand them out for front.
As for them not caring, it typically comes down to when you're already getting a parking ticket, they'll tack it on. At least if it's on your dash you can fight it easier. You have more money for fighting tickets than I do if you don't even bother.

Fuck I went and turned this into another front plate debate... My bad guys. Just run your front plate you fucking hipsters. Car looks fine if you actually have the frame and use screws instead of zip ties .02c
