Id like to see proof of this, or i call BS. You cant simply email your insurance links and say, "hey is is a similar car to mine for 100k, ill take 90k." Its just not that easy. Insurance does not cover anything aftermarket either.

I don't know your insurance company but I provided receipts and similar vehicles and the insurance company (esurance) did a similar breakdown for vehicles with the same condition and mileage as mine to calculate the payout value that I received.

They also took into consideration all of my recent maintenance and any aftermarket parts that I bought from the receipts that I provided.

*Edit - And for $620 I bought the complete car back from them and took everything I wanted back off it.
