    It is an '87 325i. Didn't think those originally had drum brakes, but at least it didn't when I bought it. Found a picture of the little guy:

        Early model all had that goofy proportioning valve. Not sure why, but they do. The M/C is different between non '84-'85 ABS early model, '86-'87 ABS early model and '88+ cars. Silly Germans.

            If you wanted to go all racecar - you could join the front circuits together, and put a proportioning valve in line to the rear.

            Or just get a 5er MC like I did.

                                    Been a number of years. But I was stopped on burnside bridge. The y had it set up so once you were on the bridge and in traffic you were hosed. They pulled every few cars off and checked them. Probably just best to leave the road cokes at home anyway.
