Okay added coolant, pulled all the plugs. I tested them all on the #1 cylinder plug wire (cause I can see them sparking while holding the key).
They all had spark. Plug wires may be at fault, they do appear to be original, but I will check that tomorrow. The plugs did ahve a "murmur" type of thing though. Is that normal? One strong spark and all like little baby sparks that you couldn't see in the daylight in between.
