This past friday on my way to work I got pulled over. The cop walked up and asked for my drivers license (didn't want registration or insurance). 15 minutes later he came back and told me he was giving me a warning for 57 in a 45 but the real problem was that my license was suspended which I did get a ticket for. WTF. I had to call my manager for a ride and I was hella late. I got to the dmv same day and payed my reinstatement fee. Everything was going good until the lady did the soft " uh oh" thing. I didn't have proof of residency so come back Tuesday after she took my $. WTF.

He was jealous of the zinnoberrot.

Hell yes! Turns out my FPR is totally broken... I did this simple test to figure it out.

I took a pair of vise grips and halfway clamped the fuel line that goes to the rail. Car started right up, 2nd crank. Upon releasing the vise grip (with car still running) less white smoke came from the exhaust. No it isnt a blown headgasket, just running super fucking rich.

So who has a paypal and a fpr they do not need?

Just go buy a new FPR from auto zone, they are like $50

Certain parts are worth buying used: euro bumpers, husco arm rests, genuine alpina/hartge/Dinan stuff, etc.

Other things just shouldn't be bought used: FPR's, oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, tires (some will argue otherwise.), M10's (haha), etc.

Just my .02 cents. What do I know anyway?

I haven’t made any posts about my car not running, It has been running perfect for the last three years without a single problem. This is probably because I was not cheap and replaced all the parts that are important to my car running right and that are known to go bad/fail with brand new ones.

A used fuel pressure regulator when they are only $50 new and you don't even have to wait to get it, really....
