Here's the M50 coupe. Shitty cellphone pics in the dark. Even brightened em a bit.
Those rims would stay with him and the ix weaves would go on the M50 car.
I'd be much more confident if I had a good friend near by that knows the ins and outs of these swaps. Ugh. Going to have him bring the car by the garage tonight so I can look at it in the light and get it up on jackstands.

IMO, You should hold onto the iX as it's value will only increase, and eventually build your own swap car. You can slowly collect the parts until you are ready, then find a shell to build

Keep the iX.
Honestly, nice, clean iXes are hard to find. Keep yours while you already have it. There are plenty of E30s, and plenty of M50s. Just slowly save up and do a swap in another shell later if you really want it.
