I am still completely lost. what does it lock together? I have no recollection of a nut. All I did was slide the two drive shafts together with the splines. There where no threads.

It doesn't have a nut on it, it just tightens down the spline end of the drive shaft into the rear end of the drive shaft.

Its a 6 sided round collar that has threads on it and I can't loosen it. might just throw it on a vice and try to not hurt myself.

I am too. I thought that only the rear iX driveshaft used the large collar nut to tighten it down. Standard E30 should just have a 2 piece shaft with splines in the middle and flanges on the ends right?

Right snow my front sway bar, is only connected to the end links, not bolted to car.

And who else knows whats missing. Need to fix power steering leak, and oil leak, and well. who knows whats leaking I know nothing about lol

I need to loosen that damn thing so I can pull it out about half an inch so I can have the threads on the Guibo pop out & throw the 3 bolts on them.

I've nearly striped the shit out of it using a pipe wrench, but I am going to take it off, throw it in a vice & pray that does the job.
