                  Just got a ticket in the 5 series. you will all laugh at me but let me explain.

                  I was doing over the limit coming DOWN a hill and had just started applying the brakes when the officer got me. I was driving a drunk family friend home being RESPONSIBLE.

                  He wrote me for 5 over. Found this link to help me out - http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36927

                  but one question, if I want to demand all the people there wow do I respond to the infraction? That I want a mitigation hearing or contested hearing?
