          Well, change in plans.. cant sandblast a magnesium valve cover! so buying some walnut shells or soda or glass beads or something from Kleen Blast in Tacoma tomorrow!

              Glass beads work great. You can use them on almost anything.

                      Finally my new suspension is here it only took dhl 51 days. Bad news head gasket is toast, so I guess its time to get some headers. Trololololol.

                        I've bead blasted hundreds of magnesium parts, however since this a valve cover, I would recommend sanding it instead.

                            Sanding would be nice, but the valve cover has so many indentations, etc. it would be hard to do.

                            I wont be media blasting it, my buddy will be.
