Man, it really is amazing how quickly a guy can blow through cash on a car. At least it's in perfect mechanical shape other than the steering rack. This just means it will be longer until I throw the 5 speed in the car, but I'll enjoy the hell out of it anyhow!1989 325iC ZinnoberrotComment

just my
they do need modification if you want it to be perfect, without annoying you everyday... but its super small modification, just take it to any shop, or you can do it yourself, just heat it up, and you will need to make (2) two small bends or lets say dings in them, trust me, ( im sure brad knows what im talking about hahah) -- this way you dont have to put spacers under the engine arm...
i can try showing you where the bends should be, maybe tomorrow need to get to photoshop.. ( need a bend by engine arm, and a bend by subframe)

You have no idea. Since my car is mechanically done all I can think of is doing a new quilted leather interior but the last thing I want to do is find then throw $8k more into the car.
I just want to have the end result.Alpha Team Inductee

Interesting you say that. I ran them on my buddy's S52 car I did and didn't have any spacing/clearance issues. The only thing I thought was strange was it did sit a little closer to the body than I would've liked (where the end of the pipes run.) Maybe that's what you're referring to, also. A pic would definitely be helpful if I end up with the same issue, myself!just my
