Nice!
So I think I figured out my problem. I'm using a single mass flywheel (Resurfaced and Lightened) mated to a 325i clutch kit (Friction Disc, TOB, and PP), all in a "late" 325e transmission. Apparently the "Late" eta transmissions are deeper then the 325i transmissions to accommodate the dual mass flywheels. The 325i TOB is too short and not providing enough throw. According to this thread the solution is to run a 323i (E21) TOB.
Looks like the trans is coming off again. Trying to decide if I want to yank it all out together (engine and trans) or just drop the trans. waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles.
Here's the thread for reference. Got damnit.

Haha its all good. I figured you gave me wrong info to keep my poop coupe down longer. Haha. Just glad to know the engine runs and sounds mean!
I'm hoping I can just replace the TOB and be done with it. I shouldn't have to swap out the clutch disc and pressure plate right? I just want to drive the thing. :(clutchCTRL!Move with a purpose.- 1991 325iX 4dr/5spd- 1976 2002 SlickTop/2.7i M20/G260- 2000 323i AT2016 Mazda CX3 Sport AWD

Checked and I should have one by tomorrow. There's one in Kirkland! Haha. Anyone want a new 325i TOB?
I'm going to drop the trans with the engine still in the bay. My first time doing it this way! Any tips on keeping the engine level/steady while I try to pull and pry the trans apart from the engine? I'm also expecting installation to be a bitch as I dont have a trans jack nor am I chuck norris. Tips are appreciated!
