232whp, 218wtq version TRM tune rocks!

OBD-I S52, 3.5" MAF, TMS Shorty headers with 2.5" exhaust through a Thermal Research and Development muffler, TRM Tune.

A/F looks good, goes a hair more lean here and there than I would like but overall good.

I'll see if I can get a good pic of the print out today and post it up later.

Dynojet. I was really surprised to see that number, not that it matters I really was there to check the A/F numbers.

Yeah, that's true. Numbers are for bench racing, the A/F numbers are there to make sure you have a safe tune and make sure you're not leaving any power on the table.

I'm guessing based on the A/F ratio moving around between 13:1-14:1, there isn't much left on the table. It seems to be a pretty aggressive tune. Which is exactly what I wanted.

I always thought TRD referred to "Toyota Racing Development", you can now buy Thermal mufflers from J.C. Whitney, one of our speed shops used to sell them.

Great quality, I love the sound and they are reasonably priced. With no cat/resonator, it sounds great at idle and driving around, but floor it and it opens up nicely. But it is raspy above 3.5k-4k, but that's alright.

13-14:1 is perfectly fine for an N/A tune, power is made in the ignition anyway.

232whp is pretty sweet though! now you can multiply that by an imaginary 20% correction factor and tell everyone you have 290 at the crank. ;)
