dude, I seriously hope you realize that the only reason this got a little out of hand was because you got so defensive and pissy after you opened your mouth and a few guys started busting your balls............it never had anything to do with your car, it was about the knob behind the wheel.
Another S52 swap... but this time with a newb!

Anyways, the heat shield is pretty nice. Actually kind of cool that you could see the reflection of what not around the shield / in it. Makes the area seem bigger than it really is.
Now all I need is obd2 midpipes/m3 exhaust for daily driving/emissions and I could go dyno this damn to hell vehicle. Ha.

I started off with a flat piece of sheet metal 12x24. To encourage a straight bend without actually ruining the metal itself you could mark a straight line for where you want to bend it at and punch the line with a screw driver and a hammer. It'll cause the metal to buckle in at each point you hit. So if you make a hit every 1-2 inches it should be enough to the point where you could just grab the opposing ends and fold it and have a nice bend.

Hrm, this is the only real project I'd call a project. I had two Civic Si's (Ef hatches 90&91) with the basic bolt on stuff but nothing drastic.
Other than that my only other "kind-of-a" project was rebuilding my 94 CBR 600 F2. (Stripped down to bare frame, repainting / upgrading parts).
Thanks for the kind words.

hello. when people talk about tapping the head, where do they do it? is it just expanding the coolant hose spot (where you made your adapter?). if you were to drill into the head, how would you get out the metal shavings from the coolant passages? i just bought an m52 :D planning obd1 as well. if you'd pm me your wiring diagram that'd be grrrrreatComment
