I finally got my Bosh004 fuel pump fittings in the mail, they are M12x1.5 5/16 8mm outlet and M18x1.5 1/2 12mm inlet. Installed it in stock location with stock bracket.

After troubleshooting fuel and spark issue, car started up and runs beautifully, just have to button up a few things and it's ready to take on the roads.

I'm just gonna take a minute to give those who plan on doing this swap some advice: I started this swap with just knowledge from doing an s52 swap and altho the concept is the same, it's like playing a video game going from easy to hardest but not quite expert level, and by that I mean, you just have to do more. Plan your swap, make a parts list and don't forget the accessories cause you'll need a lot of it, you will need to relocate parts around to make it work, plan out your steps so that you don't have to go backwards. Some important things you'll want to do before dropping motor in, make sure u have an oil return connection on the pan, tap where you want the e30 coolant sensor to be, have Trans connected with motor because you won't be able to access some bolts, and have starter attached. Once motor is in the rest should be planned accordingly to avoid setbacks. Basically everything has to be changed out or moved around so stay patience and find a way to make it work. Enjoy...

I like to thank all those that helped me, I appreciate your time and willingness to pass on knowledge...cheers!

Pulled the car out the garage for a wash, it's been a long time coming.

Still have A/C and exhaust left to do...almost street ready :)

In earlier post, I mention that i plan on keeping the stock CA lollipops but now I see there's no way the headers will clear so gonna have to buy from Treehouse.

I will be using the previous dual exhaust I have from VAC, and plan on adding resonators to it.

Hey guys it's been awhile since my swap, just wanted to update you on my experience so far. I drive the car almost everyday and love every second of it, it's fast! got a tune from Kassel Performance which adds more power to low end, and on sports mode at all time. Took the car on a 10hr trip from MD to GA only stopping for gas, I drive the car pretty hard at time and it hasn't given me any problems so far "knock on wood" so good, hopefully it stays problem free for a long long time. This swap is very enjoyable for the streets, havnt taken to the track but plan to in the future, hitting the 8200k rpm is pure exhilarating! Here's a pic of how my car sits now, went from DS to Pearl white.
