The bung was turned on a lathe to fit the oil pump and it has like a 7/8" ID or whatever the pickup is, which is just a stock Moroso 2480. The mount just picks up off two windage bolts (rember to get new ones!). I verified the height in the pan before tacking the last side piece in.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

My SendCutSend "kit" arrived. I am mostly very pleased, it fits together like it was designed in CAD or something (where CAD doesn't stand for Cardboard Assisted Design....)
It looks kinda like the rendering.
Except for the fact that some idiot specified the wrong bend angle on one piece it's ready to weld together. All of this was $240

The "SendCutSend" pan is coming along nicely... Initial baffle design fits great, I've made some small adjustments to it and re-ordered in 0.030 stainless. My analysis shows that the pickup position will be submerged indefinitely at 1G of left or right turns and can sustain 1.5Gs of braking. The baffles increase those margins for maybe 8 seconds before the oil goes where gravity says it will...
