    PR = 4.75 in / 2.795 in = 1.699

    V = 62 in^3 (Eaton M62)

    C/2 = 2.5L/2 = 1250 cc = 76.27 in^3

    Boost = (1.699 x 14.7 x 62 / 76.27) - 14.7 = ~5.6 psi

    This seems more in the ballpark just because the stock crank pulley is probably close (possibly a little smaller, but not drastically) to the original diameter of what drove the charger in it's original application.

    hes running an eaton m45 not m62 like the thread shows, but my math is still probably off. and I also seemed to of forgotten to convert cc to in^3

    but i'm still getting extremely low boost like less than 1 psi.

    so that's good news in a way you only need about an 8" pulley on the crank to get about 10psi

          i think you should be talking to that denny dude. i dont know much about superchargers. i know how they function. but i dont know what they need to function correctly.

          ie i had no idea the TB needs to be before the charger.... id be pm'ing him dude.
          he seems in the know. even if he had a bit of a rant there

            Hahahaha well really, i dont give a hoot, i know i messed up big time. That's reality, he did it his way and im doing it my way. Everyone has their choices. Anyways i have my surgery coming up so i cant really be spending money, and after that i have four to six weeks of recovery and physical therapy, so ill have a lot of time to research and make corrections. probably thinking of getting a 8'' or a 12" pulley make as much boost as possible but its still in the air, i do not want to give up on this build, i want to twin charge so here is step one.

                maybe contact these guys? maybe you could get a smaller pulley weld-on/press fit for the charger

                Welcome to Pulley Boys, your premier source for aftermarket high performance supercharger pulleys. Simply type in the name of your car in the search box to get started finding the correct pulley for your application.All of our aluminum pulleys are hard anodized 6061 T6 billet, press fit pulleys are made of steel.

                    ... but you need a smaller blower pulley I thought?

                        bump. so, im really not sure at this point on what to do. m90 is 3.25 in longer than the m45. so no room at all, where i had it mounted and if i did it denny's way, where it is on the alternator side, i may be able to fit it. or i could get an m62 with the electric clutch, and maybe still have the same out come as the m45, which would be a waste of time. I DID RESEARCH DENNY!!! woah weird. Plus the m62 is for a 3.0 to 5.0 liter motor so if it did work i might be putting out some real good boost. anyways should i keep wasting my time on this or turbo?

                            an M62 will get you roughly 5 psi on the stock M50 crank pulley, it would be fun but power is addicting and you cant just turn a nob and get more boost with a supercharger you would need expensive pulley swaps every time you wanted more power..

                            buuuut.....if your going to supercharge I think the clutched M62 supercharger is the way to go.

                              yeah im thinking that why should i have boost at idle. clutches are cool. so 5 psi would be super awesome.

                                Still trying to sell the M45. Not going so well. Had my knee surgery, very achy, staples out today. Gonna sneak into the garage, and disassemble super charger junk, make it Not/Awesome, haha, get it smogged and drive around, once i get my MAF back of course.
