OK, for those asking about header-steering clearance, here's a shot. Good news is I can remove the rack without moving engine and or headers (and that is good)

This is an interesting Install, great to see it up and running, I am also fitting this engine to a Project here in Ireland.

Ive been watching with interest the installation of the ITB's.

Would you be interested in providing/ machining me a set of the adaptor plates & Throttle linkages for the same installation?

Where have you mounted your throttle cable stay/ holder?

                        Iain

IIRC the steering delete needs to pass fluid from one side to another. So just capping them off will cause seals to blow with pressure.

                          Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

It does not matter if those ports recirculate or not, they can be capped off and work just fine. I put my power steering back in, the struggling in parking lots gets old after a while. The other two small hard lines are where all the action happens.

might not blow the rack seals, but it will make for a tougher steering wheel vs having one of those fancy recirculating blocks.

on a side note, i don't think it really matters since those look like those plastic temp "dust caps/bolts" that come with new racks
